Who we are
This website, readyfolks.com (the “Site”), is operated by AFA Design, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its address at Collective Tower 1, Office 405, Dubai Hills, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Readyfolks”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller responsible for personal information collected through the Site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@readyfolks.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. The form is relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form service.
- Purchases. When you buy the kit, our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) collect your payment details directly. Full card numbers never touch our own systems. We receive order information: what you bought, the amount, the time, your email for delivery, and the payment status.
- Device and usage data. Like most sites, our hosting provider processes basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type). If we run advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel (see Cookies below), those tools collect device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Site.
- Email engagement. If you are subscribed to our emails, our email platform (Klaviyo) records deliveries, opens, and clicks.
How we use it
- To deliver the product you purchased and send order and delivery emails.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To send marketing email only where you have opted in or otherwise permitted it — you can unsubscribe at any time, and marketing is never a condition of buying.
- To measure and improve our advertising (see Cookies below).
- To prevent fraud and to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Cookies and advertising tools
We use, or may use, cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel. Third parties, including Meta, use cookies, web beacons, and similar storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and targeted ads. You can opt out of interest-based advertising here: aboutads.info/choices and (for EU visitors) youronlinechoices.eu, and manage your Meta ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Meta’s own privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; advertising cookies are controlled through the opt-out tools above.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited device and browsing data with Meta for advertising and measurement, as described above. Otherwise, we share personal information only with the service providers who run this business:
- Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/privacy
- PayPal (payments) — paypal.com privacy
- Klaviyo (email) — klaviyo.com privacy
- FormSubmit (contact-form relay)
- Our website hosting provider, Netlify
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Order and delivery emails go to every buyer. Marketing email goes only to subscribers; every marketing email includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link, honored promptly and at no cost. Unsubscribing from marketing never affects delivery of your purchase.
How long we keep information
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and audit rules require (typically five years). Contact messages are kept while we resolve them and for up to twelve months after. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Records we are legally required to keep are retained even if you ask us to delete other data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@readyfolks.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. This mailbox is also our designated request address for Nevada residents; we do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines a sale. If your local law gives you additional rights, we will honor them as that law requires.
Where data is processed
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers process data primarily in the United States. The Site is directed to buyers in the United States.
Children
The Site and the kit are for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under the age where local law requires parental consent). If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections, payments are handled by PCI-certified processors, and we never store card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it to serve you.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date; material changes affecting subscribers will also be announced by email.
